Morocco's Dades Valley is a great place to go hiking and for walks. The striking scenery and the vibrant colors will necessitate numerous stops for photos.

Small Berber communities abound, and they are renowned for their exceptional hospitality. There's always something to do or somewhere to eat, and if you're looking for some alone time, there's always a trail that leads to tranquil surroundings.

Either the track from Ait Oudinar on the east side of the valley or the crossing of the valley floor from Tamlait provide easy access to the Monkey's Fingers.

Most photos of Monkey's Fingers are taken from Tamlalt Village, which is located on the other side of the valley. The intriguing rock upthrust has a pebble-like appearance; worn rock portions feature "digits" composed of a collection of boulders that rest in a distinct formation that is completely distinct from any other part of the canyon. It seems like a hand is growing up from the river below, as the name suggests.
